​You’ve been planning your wedding since you were a little girl, so you know exactly what you want. The venue, flowers, cake, and bridesmaid’s dresses have been picked, now you just need someone to execute your plan so you can relax and enjoy your big day!

Free one hour consultation online or in person

3 month and week prior review of your event

Review Vendor Contracts

Create timeline of events

Coordinate and direct vendors on layout, timeline, and details

Oversee/Assist with setup of ceremony and reception – place cards, favors, personal décor’, guestbook

Ensure wedding party has bouquets and boutonnieres

Direct the ceremony processional

Assist the wedding party and guests as needed

Coordinate marriage license signing (if needed)

Address and resolve any issues as they arise

Up to 3 hours for setup, rehearsal, or venue walk-through on mutually agreed upon day/time

Serve as Point Person for up to 12 hours on day of wedding

Up to 8 people in wedding party – *more than 8 additional fee applies for assistant

Emergency kit resources

Distribution of payment/gratuities to vendors (if needed)

Teardown/Cleanup – including ceremony site, reception tables, gifts, personal décor, bridal party personal items
